About Feríndozo

Feríndozo is a strategy board game created by Ludorex, set in a mountain village’s autumn pantry. Your family gathers almonds, quince and anise, prepares dough and bakes the finest sweets before the first frost. The communal oven rotates after every collection: choosing ingredients and saving kitchen space matter as much as picking the right recipe.

Play free in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Set up 2–4 families as human or computer players. Human players share one device; there are no online rooms or network matches. The game includes 11 languages and saves progress in the browser when local storage is available.

How do you play Feríndozo?

2–4 families, 6 rounds. Each round has 3 laps: each family takes 3 turns, clockwise. On your first turn, keep one of your two starting cards.

Each turn choose one main action: collect, knead or bake. You may pass. Collecting takes a whole section, rotates the oven and refills empty spaces. The pantry holds 6 tokens.

When kneading, move several tokens between the pantry and the 3×3 board. Click an ingredient and a cell; click a board token to return it. Confirm dough to spend your action. Ash cannot be kneaded.

• Crunchy: 3 almonds + 1 quince, 3 points.
• Traditional: 2 almonds + 1 quince + 1 anise, 5 points.
• For both, all 4 tokens must connect along their edges. All connected shapes are valid.

Masterpiece: a 5-cell cross with anise in the board’s centre and 2 almonds + 2 quinces on its arms. Worth 8 points. Baking uses only the chosen recipe. At heat 6, gain +1. Serving draws a card, up to 3 in hand.

One free action per turn: play a card if eligible, or spend 1 firewood to remove 1 ash. Start with 3 firewood, gain 1 per round, maximum 5. Completed cards give +2 points on top of their effect.

There are 80 tokens and 32 cards (8 effects, 4 copies). Starting tokens and gifts come from the supply. Discards are shuffled when the bag or deck runs out. Visits can only gift available ingredients.

After round 6: sweet points +5 if you keep one of each variety +2 per completed card +extras −1 per pantry token. Board dough has no penalty. Highest prestige wins; most anise used breaks ties. If still tied, share victory.

• Mouse: click a section to collect. To knead, select a token and then a cell; confirm the dough. Use the buttons to bake, play cards and end your turn.

Phone and tablet

• Touch screen: tap ingredients, cells and buttons. When several people play, pass the device at the family change screen to keep cards secret.
