About Two-Digit Multiplication Word Search
This multiplication word search swaps letters for numbers: instead of words, you have to find in the grid the results of several multiplications with two-digit numbers. First you calculate and then you search, so the game combines arithmetic with the visual attention of a classic word search. It's a different and very entertaining way to review multiplication at home or in class. If you're looking for more similar challenges, take a look at our word searches online.
How do you play the multiplication word search in Two-Digit Multiplication Word Search?
On the right side of the screen you'll see the list of operations. Solve one, find its result in the number search and mark it by clicking and dragging from the first digit to the last. Results can be written horizontally, vertically or diagonally. If the number is correct, it gets marked and you can move on to the next multiplication. The advantage of this format is that the board corrects you itself: if you can't find the number, your calculation probably has a mistake and it's worth checking again.
- Pick a multiplication from the list.
- Calculate the result, in your head or with pen and paper.
- Look for that number in the grid.
- Drag over its digits to mark it.
