Letter Rain: Type Fast on the Keyboard

About Letter Rain

Letter Rain is a typing game where letters of the alphabet fall from the top of the screen and you have to clear them by pressing the right key before they reach the ground. Both uppercase and lowercase lettersappear, and as you get them right more keep falling, so you need quick reflexes and a good knowledge of the keyboard. It is a great activity for kids to get familiar with the position of the keys while they play. You will find more similar activities in our typing games.

How do you play Letter Rain?

Watch the letters coming down and press the matching key on your computer keyboard for each one. If you get it right, the letter disappears. If a letter reaches the ground before you press it, you lose the game, so it pays to deal with the lowest ones first. The more letters you hit, the tougher the game gets, and you will often have several letters on screen at once, so the key is to react fast without losing your cool.

Place your hands on the keyboard.
Spot the letter closest to the ground.
Press its key to make it disappear.
Keep going with every letter that falls.
